1 Part HALF HITCH Gin, 2/3 Part Cocchi Rosa, 1/3 Part Rhubarb Syrup, 1/6 Part Aperol, 3 Parts Soda Water
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled wine glass. Top with the ice cold soda water and garnish with rhubarb.

1 Part HALF HITCH Gin, 2 ½ Parts Prosecco, 2/3 Part Nectarine Purée, Dash of Lemon Juice, Dash of Grapefruit Bitters
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with nectarine.
